There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach. Something like a trapezoid. Hight 2,5m. Top width of 4m. Starting on the left side of this 4m width a 90 degree corner and go South for a length of 8,7m. To the right another width of 6,5m and back North to the other point of the 4m width a length of 5,3m. One attachment against a wall for the 90 degree corner and three poles at the remaining corners. I will like to know, I have a 2-bedroom property in Midrand and I currently am using about R a day on electricity tokens, which I was told is a lot, below is the items that is in the house. My meter box is a Hexinga. I bought the house and that’s the box that was there. I have a gas stove so no power from there is being used, the geyser is on, the TV’s are on but not through out the day and lights, fridge is on, but that’s about it and we 3 in the property and still the usage is high. Is it possible to do a check and what will be the charge
There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom).
