I need coc for electrical instalation to get occupational certificate
I have a 3 bedroom house that needs to be inspected.
Solar installation has just been done hence a need for coc.
I request quotation on chasing the walls, tubing and wiring a 3 bedroom house. The house has 10 double sockets , 2 single sockets and 10 lighting points . If possible please quote me on wiring using twin flex + earth and general purpose and add certificate of compliance. Thank you
We've had old tenants who punctured holes in the walls and applied wallpaper over them, I need the wallpaper to be removed and the walls to be re-plastered. I also require waterproofing in the shower and to arrange the cupboards correctly in the kitchen.

Its a small flat in a complex
We would like to chase some plugs in our rooms - specially 3 in the living room, 3 in the main room and one in each of the spare rooms.
I bought a house that was being renovated, a few things were not done or not done properly e.g. laminate were done but the edge at one of the doors was not done and that has made matter worse.
