Aluminium stems to be the best option. What do you recommend? I will have levelled the site before you start. Please can you give me an indication of price.

I already have an idea of what i want, i have sketched it on paper, i just need a building plan to hand to the municipality. There are still some kinks to be sorted out. The idea of the building is to provide a double-story low-income home that can be rented out for about R-R. I am still unsure of whether I should use wood to complete the second story or also bricks. It is a large stand and once i have everything done i will build about 6 of these units.
