Can you please assist with quotes on the following issues. Quotes needed from 3 x Contractors/Handyman's please. - Unit 1 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit. Quote 1.1: Bedroom Light - Light will not turn on. Bedroom Floor/Tiles - Cracked floorboard as well as several soft spots in the floor. Quote 2.1: Bathroom Tap - Once tap is opened it will not shut off. Quote 3.1: Outside Drains - Drain not working. Will not drain as it is higher than the gutter. Filter is not in and cannot be put in. Quote 4.1: Outside Roof - The fascia is rotten under the gutters. Gutters is also broken. - Unit 2 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit Quote 1.2 BATRHROOM: Storage cupboard - Door came off and hinges damaged Bathroom door handle - Broken Quote 2.2 ELECTRICITY: The electricity trips each time I put the geyser on - but only if the kettle or microwave was in use. Ido not know whether you call it dempkos or dampproof or what. The problem I have is that this roof produces substance that makes water from the rain brown and I have water tank to trap rain water and reduce municipal water bill. I therefore request from you what paint can I use to prevent that black tarr liquid from coming out. I do not need reroofing that is what you did.

We are moving into our new property in Rondebosch East over the next few weeks and there is a back part of the home that I need some advice on. The back part of the home has metal sheeting and I would like to extend that area roofing over the open area as well to create some privacy. We require an update to a previously approved plan (attached m). The plans are no longer to our taste and the extensions are larger than we currently require. The intention is to more effectively create useful spaces on a smaller footprint and creating a better integration with the limited yard space and to reduce the amount of space available for parking.
