I am looking to build a flat from my existing garage and out building.
I wish for this apartments building to be open space minimalist and each room to have as much natural lighting as possible, and I would like for the interior to have lots of black and the outdoor to have a bit of greenery and a chilling space since I'm targeting all sorts of people from students to employees with this apartments and I'd love for it to cater for everyone
Currently three separate rooms 1) small shower 2) small loo & basin. 3) loo + shower + basin & vanity. Required : knock down 2 walls, lift floor and wall tiles, cement/screed floors and walls, install one large wet room with 1 wall mounted loo, one large shower, one basin with vanity and one bathtub. I'd like exposed copper pipes throughout.
I like to shop at second-hand and antique stores rather than buying brand new boilerplate stuff. This is not necessarily to save money, but for the character and pieces that are interesting. The house is just over sqm, with large living/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom are largely set in stone. I need serious working space somewhere. My style is kind of traditional farmhouse, but not cluttered or fussy, with a touch of eclectic.
1. Complete toilet make over, toilet pot, basin, shower, move geyser and tiling 2. Build block wall in lounge on side and infront and put in sliding door 3. Open up bedroom and build wall 4. Ceiling in lounge areas with cornice and skirtings and do floor with tiles 5. Put roof on side alley with gutter and cement the floor 6. Fix 2 potholes in garage 7. Build wall along side of lounge and bedroom to the back 8. Put double kitchen sink in kitchen 9. Remove kitchen sliding door and put in lounge and close the area with blocks in kitchen area where sliding door was removed. 10. All walls must be plastered as well.
We plan to build a simple rectangular shaped, south-facing, open-plan house with large patio.2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 1 garage/carport. The stand nr 53 Island View drive in Kleinbaai is fairly flat with only a gradual slope from North to South. We prefer exposed clay-brick finish both inside and out. Slightly angled flat roof rising towards the south(Chromadeck).Cemcrete floor finishes throughout. No tiles except in showers.
Good Afternoon 1. I need to add an en-suite full bathroom to one of the bedrooms downstairs 2. Convert an Open Patio upstairs to a bedroom with full en-suite 3. Add on Maids quarters with shower/Toilet and kitchenette 4. Add a boundary wall with a gate I therefore need the plans to be drawn and updated with the above and get quotes for the work to be done. This is a house am buying and want to get all the pre-work concluded so the actual repairs can start as soon as the house is registered I do have access to the house on arrangement
I'm looking for someone to build a boundary wall in front of my house. We do have walls in front but it needs to be taken down to build the new wall. Wall specifications: > 2-2.5m high. >Double brick wall. >Right side of the gate is the wall 13m in length and the left side is 1m in length. We do not have an idee how we want the wall to look but we are in the proses of searching for something.
Construction of a - sq meter single storey farm house 10km northeast of Ladysmith town along the N11. Required are 4 bedrooms two of which to have ensuite bathrooms , open plan kitchen, lounge. Standard design. Corrugated iron roof with bubble foil insulation, nutec ceilings. Floors to be tiled (not fancy). At this stage it is for budgetting purposes for someone else, and I have not too much detail available. Thanks!
I already have an idea of what i want, i have sketched it on paper, i just need a building plan to hand to the municipality. There are still some kinks to be sorted out. The idea of the building is to provide a double-story low-income home that can be rented out for about R-R. I am still unsure of whether I should use wood to complete the second story or also bricks. It is a large stand and once i have everything done i will build about 6 of these units.
