The Pro arrived on time and the service providers were kind and pleasant to be around.
The service received was unsatisfactory. I was told several people would arrive to clean hence I had a detailed list of things I wanted completed. However only one elderly lady arrived to clean, making it difficult for me to expect the list to be completed. Some furniture was not moved when sweeping & dusting. Parts of the house were visibly unclean. Overall the service was poor, and had my expectations been met (more than one cleaner) I don’t think this would have an issue. I wish the company well but I have no intention of using them in future.
