Like a mall, we aim to create an online platform where various agribusinesses and agri-tech companies can connect to our platform via API webhooks and provide customers with services that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The Agri-mall will be the host of these companies and will not provide direct services to consumers or customers. Consumers will have the opportunity to purchase food products and donate excess food to NGOs to combat the food crisis. These NGOs will have a profile on our platform, and individuals can choose which organization they would like to donate to.
Recently my EL on the main DB has been tripping. There is a grid typed inverter(installed 6-8 years ago) with neutral and earth internally bonded before this EL, that has it's own DB board with it's own EL downstream of the inverter. Problem varies in frequency but becoming more frequent. Main DB and EL runs the house. Stove. Geyser. Rooms etc.

No changes needed on the outside as it must still look like a garage from the outside so garage door stays. Water supply to complex must be turned off , so that the stop cock can be replaced. I've done renovations to our flat ,and discovered a ancient, faulty stop cock. The stop cock is leaking and is on the main water supply pipe to our unit. We need to replace this faulty stop cock, and fit a new one. The problem is that we need to turn off the water supply to the complex, replace the stop cock, and return the water supply.
We have already dug open the underground sewerage pipe. Roots of a tree grew into old clay type sewerage pipe. We shall also remove the existing sewerage pipe , 5 meter length. We have already bought the new mm underground sewerage pipe ( 6 meter length) as well as the connecter fittings ( mm ) . We have also bought the river sand which should be placed in the trench underneath the new pipe and also on top of the new pipe. Please quote to place the new pipe.

I want to turn the property into a double story. The land itself is a bit tricky though so I need someone who can come out and do a site visit and check if that is possible.
