This is for VIP guests in an area. Then 80 artists who will get a pre-dished meal. The VIPs and artists cannot eat or dish together. We will then also need cutlery and serviettes as well as sides for the spitbraai. The caterers will then also need to bring their own tents/gazebos and equipment needed to keep the food warm and fresh.
