Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I am looking at building a single-storey house with; 4 bedroom (master bedroom with an ensuite), 1 bath, 1 toilet, kitchen and lounge The long side of the plot is more than 20m facing SE. The short side of the plot is about 10m But I will discuss all the project specifications with the professional. Hope to hear from you soon.
I'm looking to buy a site in Elawini Estate and would like to define what kind of budget would be required for a sqm 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them ensuite. Outside covered lounge and small study included in the sqm.

hi there, i would like to remodel my house. It currently has 3 and half bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen and a small dining area. i am hoping to remodel, objective being to efficiently utilise the space. possibly creating an office space. property is approx sqm, of which the build is about sqm of that.
