How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen lounge dining room, pantry, laundry, double garage. I am requesting this in private and prefer not to be called. Would just like an estimate of the fee to be able to compare what we are paying at the moment.
I would like to build a 1 Bedroom Flatlet (+-30m2) above my existing lounge / dining room of my house. It should have a separate entrance and a deck to take advantage of the peninsula views. I still need an architect / draftsman to draw up plans for approval. I'm attaching my draft of ideas as reference. I would like to know more or less what a build like this would cost (bathroom, kitchen, tiling, decking etc. all inclusive). Please contact me via email for the quotes.

I have a house already but i want to exted my dinning and sitting room for only 2m and use my Varanda to convert to Tv room so
I have a building plan that needs some amendments to be done.
Outside storeroom with toilet and basin to converted into a bachelor flat. A bedroom, bathroom and mini kitchen.
I want a stand alone garage, tuscan roofing, roller doors front and back, window and the normal door.
We are developing a small Real Estate, a +/- 50 houses needed to built, now we looking for someone who can draw and plan the whole thing from 2 bedroom house to 6 bedroom house.
