Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?

Contemporary design, 3 bedroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen( open plan), 2 bathroom (1 for main bedroom and 1 between other bedrooms and a garage.
Sports clubhouse. To have a total floorspace of +/- -m2, approximate 10-12 x 20-25m building area. Reception area (counter), admin/office area for two people, ablution facilities for male and female (with single, private, shower in each) Bar/eating area with space for 5 or 6x four seater tables, including expanded kitchenette, i.e. no restaurant level cooking consideration is required. A covered patio/veranda area (not included in the floorspace above) will also be preferred.

Not at thus stage. We have existing plans in Rivit, but needs lots of changes or will look at new ideas as well.
I am looking for a good architect that has vision and can come up with a good solution and ideas for me.
