Hi I am busy purchasing a house. In my ‘Offer to Purchase’, one condition is that I want approved Town Council Plans before transfer. I have been emailed a soft copy of the plans. Is there a service where these plans can be checked compared to the house and verify that the plans are in order. If not in order, draft a letter, stating what is out of order, so it can be attended to. What would this cost? Thanks Kind Regards

I am looking at a modern structure (cement, glass, steel and/or burnt wood) in a forest with magnificent view on a steep site about m2 under cover. The area is sandy (next to Kosi Bay) in Manguze). We are planning on a two storey, 4 bedroom home (2 Master suites - ground and upper level) with a covered rooftop deck to capture the views. The one bedroom will have multiple bunk beds. Triple garages and minimum 4 bathrooms. The structure has to be long on the front for the view, 1st floor with a lot of glass. The living areas below need to be open plan and open up to the garden. The area of the land is about mxm.
