I need plans for a house on 3 levels, bottom should be a double oversized garage with storage in the back and a large rumpus room to the right with a mudroom on this level. The middle floor is the kitchen, living, dining area. I want a butler’s pantry and a powder room and a large deck that will form a carport over the garage doors. Top floor I want 3 bedrooms and a study with ensuite and walk in robe to the main bedroom and a second bathroom. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information.
