Hi, Im doing renovations on my house in Vanriebeekshof. My alarm system is not working or arming since my tenants moved out. I think it is a Paradox system. I need all systems, zones and PIR's checked, as well as remotes. I also need the remotes checked if working on the gates and panic. I would like to repair the existing system if possible.

She paid in full. It worked one day and then kept going off randomly. She trued to get him to come back but he wont answer her phone calls. I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots.
