Heritage home, also needs some crack repair, paint in plain white. Also some waterproofing that must be done at the tops of walls. Roof needs to be repainted heritage green.

Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. 1. Close/repair all the entry points to prevent access of the rodents from exterior, as per the pictures attached. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames.
