Knocking out 2 walls (load bearing) and potentially placing in Lintils or I-Beams / H-Beams. replaster and paint to close up etc. The idea is to open the kitchen / lounge / dining room which are closed by walls. There is a slanted high ceiling in the lounge / dining room areas so the kitchen wall seems almost like a double high wall to the slanted roof. There are a few other minor walls to come out that are single sized walls 1 bathroom wall to connect a smaller bathroom to make it a bigger one. bricking up a doorway on a single wall and creating another doorway in the same wall somewhere else. knocking out a wall near the lounge, standard sized wall. Can attach pictures / video when needed and have a mock floor plan with changes but open to any other ideas from your team also. I am located in JHB currently so will have to work remotely, video / pictures until we can do a proper inspection of the house in September.
