CGT . Claim for primary residence exemption where I stayed for almost 30 years but used garden cottages for B&B purposes. Facility uded as such constituted about 35% of total building area but did not form part of main house. Would I qualifg for partiall primary residence exemption. I received a notification saying that my IRP5 was submitted successfully, only to then find out that the IRP5 was never successfully submitted by NBC. I am now being issued a penalty after not receiving any communication from SARS that the documentation was outstanding. I need someone who will be able to help with this.

I need to replace the current roof, which is tiled, with corrugated iron roof. Half of the roof is already corrugated iron, which was done by the previous owners. Now I need to replace the other half because when it rains, there's leaking into the bathroom and one of the bedrooms as they are opposite each other.
