Different types of security fences: Palisade, electric or razor wire?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of different types of security fences
We're in a residential complex and the complex already has electric fencing in place. We, however need an electric fence installed on top of our existing boundary wall on our personal property within the complex. I do need advice on the specifications of the fence with regards to height and length but we want a standard 6wire electric fence on top of our boundary wall.

I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). I need a quote to maintain our yard's lawn. It is a sloping yard with one tree, but the tree does not need maintenance, it grows fairly slowly. It does have massive seeds that it drops off, but that is not a difficult thing to pick up. I basically need the lawn to be cut every 2 weeks, and the weeds pulled. There are no flower beds to maintain, it is just the lawn and weeds.
