The results are remarkable - our roofs not only look great but are now fully protected. This maintenance work comes with a 3-year guarantee from the contractor, providing us with peace of mind as we approach the summer rainy season. We can now rest assured that our residents and staff will be protected from potential water damage.

Though the owner met us in person, when doing the estimation for the quotation, and kept on communicating throughout the project, I never saw him again in person. It would have been nice to see him sign-off on the project in person. But it might have been because of prior work-engagements. Or he might have spoken to our secretary, in person, without me being aware of the fact.
