I am still employed by the company, my charges have been changed 3 times. The Policy internally does not allow a lawyer but they have granted me an olive leaf to have representation. I was unfairly dismissed with no representation although I had my own proof to back me up which they didn't want to look at. I had a sit down at ccma where we did not agree on the terms. I ended up having a heart attack and ended up in hospital for 3 months having to undergo a procedure and having a ICD unit attached to my heart. While I was hospitalized the CCMA tried calling me to which I could not attend. I could not reply to them because when I was discharged I had to go to hospital for regular check ups and did not have the time. I do have supporting documentation from hospital and my Dr will also offer his help. Please assist me as this will be 2 years and I could not afford a lawyer Thank you
Misrepresented by my lawyer (Legal Aid) No communication. Not given a chance for a prop consultation or listen to my side of the story. No advise or guidance from her side. I’m only requested for signing the documents or submit the evidence and documents. No phone calls, no sms or updates. The last document I received from her made me realize that I don’t actually have a Lawyer to represent me. I’ve been in this marriage for 10 years, living in an abusive marriage, my husband he’s a womanizer who sleeps with multiple woman and impregnated another woman out of our marriage.
