The municipality does not have our plans for our house and we have just sold it . The buyer insists on having the plans
We really want someone to bring our ideas to reality. We recently bought a space and completely broke it down and had it redone so we now have a 4 bedroom space. Now we need help with designing, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, literally everything. We have ideas but need help putting it all together. We need someone who can assist with where to put what, how and where to put cupboards. Basically we just need to know what works and what won't.

We have an existing plan in place that the architect did not finish. We need someone who is going to be able to modernise the plan a bit and finish it off.
