Hi, its for a wedding at Forrest Hall just outside of Plettenberg Bay We would like to have a spit on the Friday night and and the a family style dinner on the Saturday for the wedding with a dessert table with some cheese,preserves with cold meat. I was wondering if you will be able to help me with the making of about 30/40 sandwiches?We are having a small function on Friday evening and we need the sandwiches for a snack/dinner. Would you be able to assist with this? How much will you charge me per sandwich? And should we want toasted sandwiches,will you also be able to help me and will there be a price difference? I am looking to hire a spit braai and either get a small lamb or 1/2 a lame cut length ways (approx. 10kg's). I would like the lamb to be marinated with garlic, rosemary and lemon juice. Spit braai catering
I am going on a family holiday from 27 November to 4 December this year and am looking to have a lamb on the spit on one of the days. I am looking for both the spit (and all the relevant equipment related to that) and the lamb. I would preferably like for an employee of the spit company to come and prepare the lamb for me so that we do not have to do any of the actual cooking or carving. The less we need to do, the better. We will be around 15 guests, so the lamb doesn't need to be massive, however; big enough to feed 15 people with a little bit left over.
