Hi my name is Thokozani, am a forex trader i take all my profit to my personal name now i want to trader under my company. (1)So since am a Bisiness my self what i can deduct from Tax as an Expence? When i trade i only use Lap top or phone.i trade at home no office,and no workers. (2)And I Regirsted my business for Real Estate Business,can i put my forex noney in it and buy Properties with the Profit,(Build and Buy Properties) and Refinance the Equity to re-invest again do the same thing ...i need your Guidance. (3)When i trade i Loose some money also so can i Claim that Loss on Tax Deductions? (4) Cal i buy Car with Business account but Register the Car on my name? (5)Can i buy Clothes with my Business Account and put that under Expences of the Company? Meaning take that as Uniform. The Reason i want to Trade under Company name is Because i want to pay less tax and enjoy the Benefits of tax deduction. Thank you so much
Good day I live at 37 Jim Fouche Rd, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. I am on an elevated part of the mountain and I have a neighbour who is below. I had a wall which collapsed. I have removed it since then. I need someone to look at the area carefully and analyse to determine what to build. I have an idea that I need a retainer wall at the very least. The last structural engineer i had look at it made some suggestions but I am not convinced it is the right one as it encroaches on my neighbours property. I do have permission from my neighbour, verbally but I need proper documentation to avoid any issues in future. I would like someone to come and have a look and do a thorough analysis as well costing of different scenarios. They need to be in the Roodepoort or very nearby areas. They need to have an excellent accumen, excellent documentation skills, clear communication and know exactly what to do and how to do it, i really don't want middle of the job surprises. I am not in a rush, I need a proper professional.
For the first 6 months of the last tax year, I was getting a car allowance and was using my own car for official trips. During the second six months of the year I was provided with a company car which I use for official trips and for private use. How do I put this information on my tax return? Please help sir/madam. Firstly is roof which was damaged by floods. Ceiling boards, one bedrooms need tiling and build in cubboards. Kitchen cupboards with stove In some rooms ceiling board needs to be attended. Good day. We need to find a contractor that can attend to two matters: 1. A faulty chimney in a fireplace of an old house caused the loft floor and yellow wood beams to catch fire, some damage was done, not extensive. This floor needs to be restored to its original state and the chimney made safe / beams insulated for proper future use. 2. Leaking roof areas caused substantial internal damage, damp on walls and damage to meranti ceilings.
