I would like to have a broken basin replaced. This would be done at the same time as the main job and so I would have them quoted together. Lastly I wish to see what it would cost to have a washing machine plumbed into the bathroom. Please quote this job as if you received the other two jobs as well. Hi there, I am looking to get the interior of a new cottage painted. The cottage is around sqm. It has two bedrooms, a lounge, a passage, and a kitchen come dining room. I am looking to paint the walls and ceilings. I am also looking to paint the exterior of the house, which is a much smaller area. As well as the outside walls.
It's in phases. First phase 1. Faster board replacement 2. Gutter replacement where needed 3.beams to be replaced around the house 4. Removal of old outdoor shower 5. Window replacement 6. Painting the outside of the house and retainer walls. 7. Enclosing entertainment area but no plans submitted yet .

Have purchased the torch on membrane as well as, the bitumen primer for the torch on membrane. The area is approximately 10 square meters. Would require the installation of the membrane to be done. would also like info on any warranty or guarantee if there is any provided on workmanship.
