Being Indian we have pre-wedding festivities, so I am looking for a venue for the 19th of April to do this. Here is a list of my requirements: 1. Venue must accommodate +- people 2. I would like the venue from 10 am to 11 pm - the 1st prayer starts at 11 am - so this will give the priest enough time to set up 3. Decor - do you provide or must I arrange? 4. Catering - do you cater or can I use my own caterer? 4.1. If it is compulsory to use your catering, then I need to be quoted for a strictly vegetarian dinner menu buffet for +- people 4.2. Vegetarian finger food for 50 people at noon with tea, coffee and tea, juice 4.2 Tea table must be included from 3 pm until after dinner 4.3 Welcome drinks - but this is only for the next prayer at 3pm 5. Waiters 6. Clean up costs 7. Is there a cash bar available? Kind Regards Robindranath
