Would like to construct 2-bedroom apartments simplex, that will have 6 apartments. I have a plan however I need some modifications and also there are existing foundations. Services I require: building walls, with aluminium windows, door frames and doors, tiled roof (hip or open gable), floor tiles, septic tank, sinks, toilets, bathtubs.
I would like to remodel the house, extend the outside walls by a meter, change the main bedroom window into a sliding door. New roof and get the ceiling a bit high. Upgrade the electrical wiring, change windows and doors, upgrade the current sliding door into the folding one. Upgrade the bathrooms. Change the double garage roof from zinc into tiles ( Tuscan style) extend the back room and laundry, add inside shower and toilet.
I have pretty bad reception where I am. If I am not reachable on call, please Whatsapp me instead. We have purchased a home in Kyalami, we are currently in KZN. We have electric fencing installed but there is one area that does not have it installed. I am going to need someone to come and measure the size of that area properly and give a quotation. We will be in Gauteng next week and will be able to schedule an appointment for then.
The front of the house is a double storey, the back is only one storey. I need another floor added to the single storey, with a double garage, bedroom, bathroom and entertainment room. As well as a kitchen and dining room at the bottom of the existing floor. The bottom floor would be around 11 x 9sqm and the top floor would be 6 x 9sqm.
A few small jobs, eg plastering here and there, rhino lite on 4 walls, varnishing and fitting of 2 doors, fitting of skirting to 25m length walls, fitting of 4 curtain rails, paving in front of double garage for 2 vehicles (approx 4m), "relaxing" of ramp in front of double garage that is currently too high
I am currently away and site visits can be arranged with my son in Durbanville. Please contact me on email and we can then discuss further and make arrangements. 1. Balcony window • Re-secure the window bar’s fittings into the correct position across the width of the window. (The window bar came loose and is currently held in place with cable ties.) 2. Balcony wall (Option 1 - Seal & paint) • Remove all paint off balcony wall down to original brick work • Apply x2 coats of xypex concentrate • Apply primer once xypex has dried • Apply x2 coats white bathroom paint (mould-proof) to entire balcony wall, surrounding balcony walls and balcony ceiling 3. Balcony wall (Option 2 - Paint only) • Apply x2 coats white bathroom paint (mould-proof) to entire balcony wall, surrounding balcony walls and balcony ceiling 4. Kitchen wall • Break through a section of the kitchen wall to create a 'sort of' half wall between the kitchen and living room, given the potential structural limitations of the wall. The aim is: To have light carry through from the kitchen to the lounge in the afternoon, and from the lounge to the kitchen in the morning. The apartment is quite dark. To create more of a connection between the kitchen and the living area, making it feel less isolated, but still separated. To ever so slightly increase the usable surface area in the kitchen. 5. Parquet floor sanding • Sand down the parquet floor and baseboards in the bedroom, lounge and entry-way. Then, re-stain with a light stain to remove scratches, stick down loose pieces and overall lighten the apartment. Thanks so much!

A small, modular Recovery Plant is required that will be fully enclosed. To fit all the major pieces of equipment the building exterior high will be about 10m, width roughly 6m and length about 8m. The interior will house the equipment, when fully operational these pieces of equipment together will approximately weigh about 12tons - therefore the interior needs to have a steel/iron structure that holds these pieces in the correct position. To access all parts the structure would need to have a staircase. Ideally the building will have good ventilation to regulate the temperature inside the buidling.
