I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Various other small things as well.

Painting interior of a unit including burglar bars, regrout bath tubs, paint wooden stairs , paint doors , paint cupboards including shelves, replace broken window , fix or replace zinc kitchen cabinet , replace wheels in two sliding doors, secure wash basin
Need paving of the driveway area.
