Toilet is leaking into bowl, I suspect it is the outflow washer that needs to be replaced. I would also like you to have a look at the cold tap in the shower - it is a bit tight and reduce the temperature of the geyser.

The rest of the cupboard is not wet thats why I think it's a leak at the bottom of the wall.
