Update the existing 3-bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. This includes new doors, windows, tiling, electrical, and plumbing redo. A concrete surface in the back and redo of the roof.

Need my front pavement lawn moved edge cut. Then front garden mowed &flower beds cleaned . Back lawn of my yard narrow strip moved flower beds cleaned as well. There after small hedge trimmed top area only.

I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I will look for photos I took and send it to you later as I don't find it on my phones gallery files Can I forward this to you a while later this morning as soon as I find it on my phone. I am 74years of age and not a cellphone fundie!!

Between house and granny flat is a paved area approx 3x6 m which need to get a roof, preferably something which will let light in. The current roof of the stoep of the granny flat can be extended to create a roof up to the house.

New landscaping project
