The living room has a high ceiling with beams and I would like the beams to be cleaned so a ladder is required. The blinds also need to be cleaned.

I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. In a process of applying for finance from Standardbank for solar installation. I need a qoute from an accredited solar installer so I can submit to the bank. The qoute should include everything, equipments, and installation costs and still be connected to the grid just incase. In my house I have outdoor lights, 2 geysers, stove, pool and indoor lights.
We have a cottage on our property that was once a garage. It has a bit of a strange design currently and we are looking to improve it. We want to make a bedroom by dividing the bathroom (which is currently huge) and also put a door and window at the back of the cottage to lead outside into a courtyard/deck garden. The new bedroom and new bathroom would also need windows put in. The current style is cottage windows and we would like to keep this style (but need to factor in security). The outside area is currently a wood store, so we need to build the deck and pergola and create a nice outside area. Drainage would need to be put in to ensure water doesn't collect from the mountainside. We would like our kitchen improved significantly. We would also like our bathroom redesigned and improved. We have a limited budget. There is a security concern from the back of the cottage (which we think is why there haven't been doors or windows inserted before) and we need to fence off the back area and screen it off from the mountain so that people can't see into the property, so we are also looking to put screening up (probably latte fencing). There is an existing gate that leads to the mountain, which is currently a security concern, but we would like to keep this if possible, but make it more secure. We would love to hear from builders about ways to approach this project - quoting on the full job, and also advising, if necessary, on a phased process, if we do not have all of the necessary capital immediately. We would be looking to start the project in May. We hope to have the project finished by September . I don't think we need building plans as we aren't changing the shape of the shell of the building.
