Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
My wife and I are looking to build on an existing property. We would like to know what our possibilities are and if our vision is possible. We looking to build a double story with 2 bedrooms ontop with bathroom. Downstairs would be the an open plan lounge and kitchen with guest bathroom. We are seeking a very minimilistic design with spacious areas.

Some alterations have been made to the property over years. I believe the plans have not been updated. I am in the process of selling the property. Need assistance to ensure banks will be satisfied with all aspects when evaluating the property for a loan application and eventually transfer to new owner. Need an architect to draw updated plan and submitted to council for approval

I currently live in a two bedroom two garage home in Heuweloord Ext 3 on a 1 hector land. I wish to remodel and extend the house to a four bedroom double story home. The downstairs should have a kitchen, sitting room and a dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom that should be used as a dual laundry room. The upper floor should have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the main bedroom should have an en-suit and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms should have the Jack and Jill bathroom style.
