I am in the process of purchasing a house for which there are no plans. My preferred bank is requiring certified plans for the house to clear the financing. However I am concerned that the process might cause problematic delays. I would like to know what the realistic cost and timeline would be for getting plans drawn up and registered.
Four bedrooms, second level including office, studio, lounge, large bedroom with walk in closet, bic, 4 piece bathroom. 1st level - knock out some interior walls, renovate 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, renovate kitchen and extend two exterior walls, remove outside walls and build stackable glass doors, create a fireplace or wood stove centrally located on ground floor, plus more.
Good Ventilation, a conveyor will stick out of the enclosed building and a the will be openings for incoming and outgoing pipelines. Therefore unsure if an air-conditioned space is a possibility. The describes the exterior of the building. The interior will consist of a steel/iron structure that holds the major pieces of equipment in place which at full capacity will weigh about 10-15 tons and staircases are needed to access the equipment.
We require an architect to serve on a Specifications Committee to determine the specifications that should be included in a tender for the construction of a Community Arts Centre. STAND is an implementing agency for Provincial Government. We were tasked to draft a tender document to invite submissions for the Construction of the Arts Centre. We however require the expertise of an architect/ engineer to draft the specifications that need to be included in the tender document.

Hi, I would like to get a quote for clients of mine who bought a property. The property has been vacant for 6 weeks and the garden needs attention. Cutting off grass, removing weeds in grass and on driveway/tiles next to the pool. Trim hedges & general garden maintenance. After the big clean they would potentially like for you guys to come in weekly or every 2nd week? I would also like a quote on that please. The property address is 17 Digteby Estate. We are not too sure the size the area/lawn. It is a sizeable garden area but not bigger than a rugby field. The pers who usually maintains the garden is unable to due to illness so we need somee who can just maintain the garden and lawn area for the time until the pers is able to again. On a n ctractual basis.
We have a block of town houses in Reitzpark that need to have some cleaning and maintenance of premises. Town house gardens are already maintained by renters.
