I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. Paint all ceilings with white Matt PVA The house was built in so is relatively new. We recently moved in and just want a fresh coat of paint...same colour. We are purchasing an existing m² house and we will add m² which includes 3 additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The design style is modern farmhouse. The existing building will be updated as well to follow the design style which will include changing the existing flat roof to a peak roof. The buildings will sit on a m² stand (W 34m x L 94m )
