Same color to be used as on walls biscuit color. Around doors and windows 10cm sq. boarder with same color which is charcoal. Only front section of the roof require painting. The use of durable exterior paint must be used. The white nova board under the over hanging roof beneath must also be repainted and where required if the wood has deteriorated be replaced.
All walls in the house need to be painted. There are old water damage marks at the bottom of 2 of the walls. It needs to be sanded down before repainting. The walls are not "wet" anymore, so the leak or source of water was repaired previously. All nails also need to be taken out and holes filled before repainting.
We need to do torch on as in flashing where the horizontal steel roof meets the verticle steel structure using 1metre wide torch on membrane.It has to be installed 40cm on the vertical side and bending it at 90degrees so that it covers 60cm horizontally. So it's 40cm verticle and 60cm horizontally without joining it horizontally where the verticle meets the horizontal, however the membrane might be joined vertically if need be.The distance is 50metres of flashing that needs to be done.( 50m by 1m ).the entire roof is fine . Before we start painting, the surface preparation will involve removing any loose or peeling paint and cleaning the surface to remove any dirt or debris. Once the surface is clean, it must be completely dry before we begin painting.

Email me please. I am preparing our Body Corporate's Ten-Year Maintenance Schedule, so I need to get an idea of the cost of painting the units. We are not ready for the actual work at this stage. It would help to get the price for one of each type of unit, as our budget won't stretch to doing all the units at once. We need to repaint the one-storey units in our Complex - 15 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom. They will have to be painted in relays as we don't have the budget to paint them all at once.
