I'm planning on extending the lounge only,its not going to be a big extension...just adding a bit more space and light into the house

(iii) All exposed timber surfaces to be painted with one coat wood primer and two coats white enamel paint
House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. I'm getting few quotes. please e-mail juts a more of less estimate. I'm attaching old photos just to show the garage and the house roof type.
it ideally needs to shade the car and protect it , from sun rise to sunset . Shade cloth options only offer shade art certain times of the day , not mornings or afternoons .
