Net self-catering lodge rental income (likely to be net loss for 23/24 tax year) Need assistance with tax return for individual, including ensuring net rental loss is correctly computed/disclosed to SARS ( Rental Income and Expenditure Statement for tax purposes)
We registered as a company but realized later that we might be reliable for paying tax, we the decided to register as a None profit company and apply for Tax exemption. SARS has come to collect on the original registered company ' Investments Holdings' as we did not do tax submissions. They have issued us with a R penalty for not submitting. Assistance we need: 1. Do tax submissions for 'USIH' 2. Assist in de-registering 'SIH' 3. Submissions of tax with the new company ; NPC' going forward
I need assistance to submit outstanding personal tax returns to SARS, since - current. Preferably a sharp tax practioner/skilled accountant, that can draft a trail balance from raw transactional data (bank statements that I can supply in electronic format). Kindly quote me on your services/options.
I sustained brain injuries and receive a small monthly PPS permanent incapacity allowance (R). My dear life partner helps with living costs & practical daily needs relating to disability. Had to give up my profession of dietetics & survived an abusive marriage, so being as independent as possible is very important to me, which he fully understands & supports. I struggle to speak when tired, am slow, but very diligent in admin tasks and want to have someone with whom I can journey, providing timely guidance so I can prep docs and be confident that things are submitted on time. Due to my small income, my specialist recommended that apply for SASSA, which we are in the process of doing. I am on a budget contract level of Momentum Health, namely Ingwe option, for which application forms need to be submitted around end of October. I would need assistance with that (complex admin tasks are overwhelming). I can prep certain easier parts, but struggle with compilation of large mails with multiple attachments. I have available previous years' applications which include financial statements by bookkeeper/accountant to prove my income level. Although my dietetics practice has not been earning income, it has not yet been closed & thus I will also need business tax to be done (and business income to included as part of medaid application). At some stage in the future, I want to close down a former CC (Mariletje Nel Dietician & Mimosa Tea Garden) if you would deem it necessary. Kind Regards.
I have always done my e-filing myself, however I am not really clued-up enough. I have some new investments and I am worried about the tax regarding that. I need someone to assist with the filing. I also have a business that is not trading yet (I registered a name for a business and the next thing I knew it was registered at SARS). I want to deregister this company since I will not be trading under it any time soon, and need assistance with that, since I don't even know where to start.
Advice in terms of annual tax return, and assistance to file income such as bona fide bursary correctly, as these are deemed as investment income etc. Have not been elected to be part of auto assessment population and want to prove that income total was during period as student and these were bursary allowances, before being employed at end year on full time basis.

Good day, I trust you are well. I have settled back home after working in the yachting industry for the last 2 years. However, I have not declared my foreign income from yachting. I know that I qualify for expat exemption of Section 10(1)(o)(ii), but I am unsure about how to file the backlog of foreign income that I need to declare. I would appreciate your assistance if possible. Kind regards,
