So, my house is the old model version, I would also love to remodel the roofing style to make it look model. The house is not a build in, so i would like to have it having in-built furniture. The house is not tiled, would like it to be tiled on the floor. There is no sewage and kitchen facilities, would like to have them installed as well with the building of additional bathroom in one of the rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, citing room, balcony, and double garages. The needed additions would be 1 bathroom and a study area.

Double story house, 4BR en-suite batrooms. 2 master bedrooms on 2nd floor, connected by a thin landing that over looks the open foyer of the house on 1 side and other side against the floor to ceiling windows. 1 floor open plan kitchen with island, with dining room. Living room in the middel connected to the foyer. And 2 bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The building in a U shape built around the pool. On the other end the deck over looking the ocean.

Clean a small 2-bedroom flat properly and clean its windows too. Few items of furniture must be moved and dusted under. Clean fridge in and out. Walls inside where necessary. Tiled flat and one 3by2 carpet vacuumed. Reliable and trustworthy person required who will work independently. Please, someone who is not overweight. Was hoping you could help us out as well I intend to build a 3 room/lounge and bedroom with attached bathroom extension to a currently standing house. Lounge: 10 x 7m Bedroom: 7 x 7m Bathroom: 5 x 4m Please could you advise me on how much would this cost incl labour and materials etc. Please do advise the difference in cost if we build a double storey instead of single. I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. I plan to add an additional garage as well, would like to remove the old swimming pool, and build a bigger one.
