The house is not tiled, would like it to be tiled on the floor. There are no sewage and kitchen facilities, would like to have them installed as well with the building of additional bathroom in one of the rooms. I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.

The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance.
