Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
Need to close up 2 balconies, 1 large, 1 small, extend the small one to add en suite bathroom. Extend large patio and close up with stacking doors. Also close up small patio. The laws have now changed again and have indicated that we need a chartered accountant for our financial statements again.

We have a timber frame house with ship lap cladding. we want to add a granny flat onto the side of the house, and then do some work on our main house, add a pool, add a patio and build stairs.
