I need an intercom system for the existing front gate to my buisness. I'd like to see guests arrive on a screen at the serving area and there to be a button to press to open the gate. My sons grandfather and his girlfriend is harrassing me letters from their lawyer, spreading false rumours and trying to make me look like an unfit mother. I am raising him by myself as his father only makes contact when it suits him. I get no maintenance, school fees, medical aid from the father or grandfather.
We need to install steps against the outside wall that lead to the first floor apartment. The steps can be wood, metal or bricks. Also a door needs to seperate the inside steps, so that the downstairs apartment is now seperated from the upstairs apartment. A small kitchen can also be installed and pluming for a clothes washer.
