Need a carport of dimensions avg .7m length x 3.7m - please see also sketch. The carport needs to be from galvanized steel and painted / powercoated to charcoal grey or alternatively from aluminium also in charcoal grey. The carport has a garage to the left side to fix against, a boundary wall to the rear and a high wall to the right to fix ontop. Please also refer to sketch. I have also indicated posts as I might want to close with timber slats at some stage.

Painting of perimeter palisade, palisade gate, window security frames, security gates in front of doors and power box lids. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames. I need to replace the current roof, which is tiled, with corrugated iron roof. Half of the roof is already corrugated iron, which was done by the previous owners. Kitchen top, shelves, cupboard doors and kick plates to be repaired/replaced. Hob needs replacing. Tiles to be grouted again. Garage full of cracks. Needs to be filled.
