Installing a driveway gate: what do I need to know?

We are looking for a security gate with a buzzer (like at doctor's offices) that allows the person to press a button from the outside that activates a buzzer inside alerting the person inside to press the button to let them in. We also currently have a wooden gate in place that needs to be removed.
No special requests,only require palisade fencing for backyard with small gate for gardener access.
