5kw inverter, storage battery & solar panels. For residential use to run fridge, TV, Wifi, lights. I need a system that will run most of my household appliances. Gas stove and Solar/Electrical Geyser. Two people in house. 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, Kitchen & outside flat with one room and kitchen & Garage with elctric motor and two gates with electric motor.
Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.

Load shedding backup system that one can upgrade. I would like someone to explain all the different back-up systems that are possible to use during load shedding so that I can make an informed decision. I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. We are school which has over learners. Our electricity bill during winter is over R25 . We have photocopying machines and printers that are running everyday at our admin block. We want to start the installation at the admin block first before we can expand and put the whole school. The admin block must always function. It has: 1. It has photocopying machines that are alternated depending on the demand for papers (two machines work during the examination season) 2. Five heaters 3. Two bar fridges 4. What would the estimated full installation costs be for a stand-by PV system versus a single large generator for an old-age complex of say 80 homes (ranging from single to 3 bedrooms).
