My daughter is 19yrs old, hardly Recieved support from father, he only paid maintenance since the divorce in up until Oct I approach him in January to help with her study fees for next 4yrs, and he's refusing. She finished first year at UWC as a Nursing degree student of which I supported her throughout.
Only thing I have is my child birth certificate , copy of the manual marriage certificate were with the spouse. She had destroyed it, I can get a copy from.the school , which they require and court order or attorney letter to have it printed and due the circumstances of the school they will not release the marriage copy due the POPI act , we were married foe almost 10 yrs , but the marriage was never registered atbthe deot of homeaffairs .
I would like to change my child's surname to my new married surname, I've had no contact with the father for 12 years as he relocated and didn't give his new address and number. I need help to prove abandonment/ desertion for the court order to declare him an absent father so that I am able to change her surname and also apply for her ID and passport. Thank you.

I decided to go to Pretoria High Court, unfortunately the Judge Retief temporary ruled against me, for the child to stay at her friends place where the mother doesn't sleep in when she is from work. The child was going to school alone on Uba/Bold about 40km away from the school in the morning and afternoon. I hired the private investigator to investigate because I knew that the mother of my child she will never bring the child to school and take her back. The mother depended on the friend and the friend requested an Uba/Bold for the child. The child is the girl, South Africa in human trafficking is excelling. Righ Now, I am willing to go to Pretoria High Court to finish up the case. The mother of the child claimed that I beat the child with the belt. Unfortunately, it was used against me. Teachers tried to wrote me letters for the motivations stated, the child when she lives with the father she alright but when she is with the mother, the child she even comes to school without books and school uniform and even a lunch. But the magistrate Retief J ruled against me, and ordered that the child must stay at friend place, provided the mother comes to sleep with the child everything. None of those never happened, and the mother of the child condemned the court order by refusing me with access to see the child. Please assist me, where you are capable of winning this case.
Good day, we have been divorced for 3years and it was necessary to ammend the visitation program of our 3 children. We already went to private mediator and have an interim agreement w.r.t. schedule. Our children were also assessed via child participation proces. All that is left is the Parenting Plan. I please need a quote to draw up the parenting plan and make it a court order in the end.

Husband registered car in my name without prior consent. Accumulated fines and tickets which are ow under my name. Husband got arrested and gifted the vehicle still in my name to his brother. Husband arrested on case of sexual assault. Found out that he also harassed and molested my daughter when she was under 12 years old in the past.
