Made themselves available and tried to complete the job even after working hours. really happy with Gladman and their team.
Vuyo was dedicated for the first week just to check, then disaster strikes with useless service
Vuyo was fully paid and waited for the full amount to appear in his bank before he would do anything. He then repeatedly came and go with 2 people in and out my house for 3 days without any progress until I took off from my work before any progress was done. He did a little bit daily and left repeatedly. This has been more than a week that he left and the job has not yet been completed and the paperwork like certificate of compliance and invoice for warranty purposes and for my insurance has not been given, nor the manual for my knowledge. The zinc has not been installed where the solar geyser was installed few years ago. The gas geyser needs a COC Certificate of compliance and I was prepared wait jut not 3 weeks and the job has been left without completion date in sight or any feedback on WhatsApp. I could also be blocked since WhatsApp correspondence only have one tick stating my messages have not been delivered to him.

The leak is only on one side of the pitched roof close to the parapet wall. The leak is intermittent depending on the angle of the rain. On inspection the tiles all appear to be in good condition and no cracks were found. It could be something to do with the flashing installed where the tiles meet the wall.
We have a unique water saving product which needs to interface with the hot water pipe going to the mixer of a shower. The products consists of two boxes, one housing a flow switch and a solenoid valve. Work to be done: If the hot water pipe is accessible from the top in the roof then the two pipe attachments of the flow control need to be interfaced with the pipe. If the hot water pipe is not accessible then the tiles need to be removed from the shower wall to get access to the hot water pipe and a small box housing the flow control equipment needs to be fitted to the shower wall. The cable which is used to measure flow and control the solenoid valve needs to be placed between the tiles and fitted to the electronic control which is linked to the AC supply.
the house is a 7.3x7.3m square, with the front wall height 4.2m (all walls cladded with metal sheeting) and the back wall 3m high. the roof is 7.3x7.4m. id like to request a roofing expert or someone with knowledge of flashing and trim, to quote me for the full installation of metal on all four sides of the building, the roof, and a 7.3x3m lean to stoep roof. the site is in de rust, and doesnt have access to electricity. will need battery operated machines for roofing.
My roof leaks every time that there is heavy rain. If there is continuous light rain, it will not leak. It leaks mostly on the Eastern side, but if the heavy rain continues for a while, then it leaks everywhere in the house. My husband keeps insisting that it is the wind blowing in rain, but even when there is no wind and only heavy rain it will leak.
Good day I am looking for quotes for plumbing services for a new house. The scope of work is as follows: - Issue plumbing COC - 2 geysers - Connect house to main sewer - Connect water from meter to house - Plumbing and toilet installation for 5 bathrooms - Plumbing to kitchen sinks - Plumbing to 2 outdoor taps Material will be supplied. Regards
My patio and garage roofs are currently flat roofs, constructed of metal sheeting covered with torch-on waterproofing. The patio roof was damaged in the hail storm in November last year. I would like quotes to replace both of these roofs with proper angled structures, with either tiles per the main house or metal sheeting of a matching colour. Project objectives: durability, low maintenance going forward, good water run off/guttering. We are looking at an area of approx 75 m2.
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. I understand a proper quote would be impossible without inspecting the house, and am looking for a base number per square meter if at all possible. Please connect via email only. Thank you!

Dear RV Smith. My name is . My roof was Very flat. You advised that it does not need corrugated iron instead you put that stuff made from tarr. Ido not know whether you call it dempkos or dampproof or what. The problem I have is that this roof produces substance that makes water from the rain brown and I have water tank to trap rain water and reduce municipal water bill. I therefore request from you what paint can I use to prevent that black tarr liquid from coming out. I do not need reroofing that is what you did.
