I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting. Good day. I need a quote It's a 4 bedroom house. 2 tiled bathrooms. Total floor area is sqm. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms are quite small. 1. Open all cracks. 2. Fill all holes. 3. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. Paint all ceilings with white Matt PVA The house was built in so is relatively new. We recently moved in and just want a fresh coat of paint...same colour.
