Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
I currently have a wooden deck which I would like to convert to concrete and tiles. I have estimated the square meterage to be m2, the ground slopes from level at the top left of the attached diagram to about 1m at the bottom right. The property is in Zimbali, but we are based in the UK. There is a small existing pool in the section without a number.

Need to break through the wall, need to make it neat and painted afterwards 2.The kitchen tap is leaking 3.I need a small welding job on the lawn mower 4. Please could you quote on four red carpet runners for me for my sales showroom to walk up to the entrance of an aircraft. Each runner should be 3m x 1m and should be a good quality red carpet (not mottled in any way), with a fabric or canvas type edging that will last and make is sit well on the floor after being rolled up for storage. I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again.
