We have already dug open the underground sewerage pipe. Roots of a tree grew into old clay type sewerage pipe. We shall also remove the existing sewerage pipe , 5 meter length. We have already bought the new mm underground sewerage pipe ( 6 meter length) as well as the connecter fittings ( mm ) . It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well.
