Custom website vs website templates: Which should I pick?
The pros and cons of using custom and pre-made website designs.
Basically I am writing a Business plan. Whereby, it will be a shopping complex that also is a gaming centre. PlayStations, go-kart car racing. RC cars restaurant, dry cleaner. For now I just want a company that is doing website design only for a quote as to how much would it cost to design me such a website whereby even clients can order online. Pay online. See all our product range. A company that can even do marketing for my company online. We will also have 2 kinds of Cinemas, rent a VIP hall as well as gym and aerobics.
I am specializing in administration and also property management. I need a professional website to outline my service offered as well list a portal where potential clients can forward me pricing requests. Currently own the domain mjwgroup.co.za so want to use that as a company name. I might also need help with affordable logo desig, but not sure if thats a service you also offer.

Hi. I am currently working on a project of starting my own car wash-café in Tembisa. My idea is to have a small café that will cater for my customers whilst they wait for their cars to be washed. The café will be erected on a space no more than 8m× 4,5 m. I wish for the car wash café to be distinct from the ones around the neighbourhood and surrounding areas- hence I introduced a café. I would like a black bold interior with lighting that makes clients feel welcomed and comfortable. An L shaped couch and a small table to go with it. And a few silver steel chairs and tables to match with it. I wish for a setting that will accommodate people who come in as groups, pairs and or individuals. And also a counter on the right. The building has sliding doors facing towards the car wash through the 8metre side.. just to give a picture of the scenery.

We already have and guy who can draft for us, the only issue is that he doesn't have a SACAP number witch obviously will cause problems for when we want to send to council. So we want a architect to basically sign of our existing plans if possible to send to council. We are also aware that, that could also not sit well with other architects but since we have a tight budget, we can afford the guy drawing the plans for us Will have to ask the drafter for the exact amount but I think it's about the 8 spare meters or less
