I need a service to cut the grass, take out weeks, trim trees, sweep paving, and clean the whole yard.
I have a small pool and a newly built entertainment area in the backyard...Now I want it to be inviting...plant shrubs, may be put some rocks and a small pathway
Initial clean up required and then garden maintenance
5.1 Daily service Sweeping all parking areas using hard brooms and blowers Cleaning of all yard surfaces using blowers and/ or hard brooms, emptying all ashtrays in the smoking areas, daily All entrances, pathways, and parking areas to be always kept clear of leaf litter and soil wash (includes parking area). All rubbish/litter (incl. bottles, plastics, papers, cans, cigarette ends, animal litter etc.) will be collected daily by the garden technicians. 5.2 weekly services De-weeding: all paved areas and gardens, including underneath trees and shrubs, shall be kept weed free. Care must be taken not to disturb healthy micro elements in the soil. Cleaning of carports roof to avoid rust causing by leaves falling on top of it. Leaf litter, general litter, and garden waste removal: The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the day-to-day garden refuse accumulated during the maintenance process. 5.3 monthly services Cleaning of all water channels, trenches manhole grids, gullies to ensure water flows freely during rainy days. Get rid of all trees, grass along the fence inside and outside of the premises. Ensure that outside the fence, there is no trees hanging over the fence and grass must be cut about one mitre away from the fence. Minimal formative pruning will be performed by the contractor as part of general garden maintenance during the growing season on all trees and shrubs.
